Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the WebForceLK website (webforcelk.com) and utilizing our engineering, consulting, or software development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

2. Description of Services

WebForceLK provides professional digital services including, but not limited to, Custom Web Application Development, Mobile App Development, Enterprise E-commerce solutions, and Technical Strategy Consulting. Specific project deliverables, timelines, and costs will be governed by individual Statements of Work (SOW).

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of Work Product

Unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement, all rights, title, and interest in the custom software, code, and designs created specifically for a client will be transferred to the client upon full payment of all agreed-upon fees.

WebForceLK Library

We retain all rights to our pre-existing proprietary tools, libraries, and internal frameworks used during development. We grant the client a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use such elements as part of the specific project provided.

4. Payment Terms

Project fees are typically structured in phases (e.g., Deposit, Milestone Completion, and Final Deployment).

• Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance.
• Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of development services.
• WebForceLK reserves the right to withhold final deployment or source code transfer until the final balance is cleared.

5. User Conduct & Security

When interacting with our systems or platforms we build, you agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our proprietary tools.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or conduct any form of cyber attack.
• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose in violation of Sri Lankan or international laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebForceLK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of the use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and your relationship with WebForceLK shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
